Our Zodiac Candles are ritually poured during the Planetary Day and Hour of each signs ruler with corresponding essences in alignment with the qualities and nature of each sign.
Planetary Hours and Days are an ancient yet relatively accessible system of astrological timing, used for planetary rituals and prayers, and for the timing of particular actions that match the nature of the planet.
During the Day & Hour of a planet, the areas of life and the natural correspondences over which the planet rules are thought to become favourabale, thus the signs they rule can express easily.
A Guide to Planetary Days & Hours
The traditional rulers of the planets are as follows:
Aries: Mars
Taurus: Venus
Gemini: Mercury
Cancer: Moon
Leo: Sun
Virgo: Mercury
Libra: Venus
Scoprio: Mars
Sagittarius: Jupiter
Capricorn: Saturn
Aquarius: Saturn
Pisces: Jupiter
Each of the 7 traditional planets rule over a day of the week:
Sunday - Sun
Monday - Moon
Tuesday - Mars
Wednesday - Mercury
Thursday - Jupiter
Friday - Venus
Saturday - Saturn
The Planetary day begins at Sunrise each day, not at midnight. The day is then divided into sub-periods known as Planetary Hours, during which each planet has it's window of dominion.
Where we have a time that is both a planets day & hour, this gives a strong window to successfully perform taks relating to the nature of that planet and to express and embody the planetary sybolism and natures of the signs it rules.
The Planetary Hours for the day are calculated from Sunrise to Sunset each day and aren't actually periods of 60 minutes at all though and have a specific caulculation. The hours for the night are then calculated separately between Sunset and Sunrise.

Burn time is between approximately 16 & 22 hours

Candle Care & Safety
For your candle's first burn, sllow candle to burn for at least 2 hours or until the entire surface of the candle has melted in order to prevent tunnelling on future burns.
Do not burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep out of the reach of children& pets.
Place candle on a stable flat surface away from flammable materials before lighting.
